The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has scheduled several informal public hearings on more than 20 deregulatory rulemaking proposals that OSHA released last summer, along with a recent proposal addressing compliance deadlines under OSHA’s Walking-Working Surfaces standard.
