The conference is one of the industry’s most significant events for safety professionals in the refining and petrochemical industries\, bringing together engineers\, managers\, and corporate safely professionals. \nMore information here. \nJustin’s presentation\, titled “Changes to EPA’s Risk Management Program\,” will discuss the implications of the 2024 Risk Management Program (RMP) Final Rule\, including key provisions\, as well as the implementation of Safer Technologies Alternatives Analysis (STAA)\, board-level reporting to the audit committee of third-party audits\, and other regulatory amendments.
